I love all the GP’s here they are always friendly and nice and always happy to help, the reception girls on the other hand, the older ones are lovely the young girls need to learn to communicate nicer or they shouldn’t be working there. On the website, they claim that they bulk bill children under 16, this is posted underneath there Saturday fees, which says nothing about children, just fees for regular consults on weekdays and then Saturday’s, and then underneath it states children 16yrs and under BULK BILLED. and then 75 and over bulk billed, they need to state that children have to pay on Saturday’s, not everyone can afford 90 straight out the pocket unexpectedly, they should state this on their website and also over the phone when booking your appointment. Definitely recommend dr Katherine McNally, what a beautiful caring person she is, very empathetic, kind and helpful.

She gave me her undivided attention, answered all my questions and spent a lot of time to ensure I had the best medical attention I could have. All the doctors, nurses and the receptionists are the most caring team I have ever come across. They practice with the patients best interest in mind. I have never felt rushed at a visit, the waiting periods are short and they always try to fit you in if it’s an urgent/last minute appointment. I would recommend them 100% :)

Highly recommend this place, the reception staff are very polite and professional. Dr. Sharad is the best doc we have seen so far. He is a very positive, friendly, and approachable guy. We have been seeing him for many years now. He has been with us through our pregnancy and has guided us every step of the way, since this was our first pregnancy we were really worried, he made the whole journey for me and my wife as smooth as possible. Highly recommend him.
