My first vw. So I don't know yet what the service is going to be like. But I did have an issue with the temp tag. It was installed with the wrong screws, so this wrecked the inserts. I called Cherry Hill vw. They had them in stock. Only 2 a piece, but they didn't warrant it due to me purchasing the vehicle at another location. We tried to purchase the vehicle there, but they would not negotiate. So we drove 2 hours to Maryland to save 9000 yes 9000 same exact vehicle. But I will give them another chance to see how their service department is.
