It's ok for McDonald's. They got our order right. Food was good and hot with fresh hot fries.
This McDonald's cannot get a mobile order correct. Ordered here several times through the app they always have trouble accessing the order, finding the order, or they give me the wrong order.
I come here frequently since I get off work pretty late and nothing else is open. EVERY time I come here one of the boys (curly hair, Hispanic I believe, and a bit heavier) is SOOOO rude, Not to mention doesn’t even know the menu. Placed a mobile order and got to the spot where you order and placed another order because it was two separate orders and when I got to the window he very rudely said “you need to say that at the window” when I was being nice the whole time. This person really needs to be talked too seriously in the meantime I’ll take my business to McDonald’s in Shelby. It really ruins the mood when everyone else that works the night shift is extremely nice and then you have one very rude person. Do not recommend getting disrespected by the staff here.
