Excellent product. I have used it for my horses for years. Don’t let a truck driver’s review of the loading area influence your opinion of the product. To the truck drivers who felt the need to complain about the mud after a heavy rain...man up! A little mud shouldn’t bother you. It’s a big lot. Park somewhere else next time.

They started to load my trailer and in the process of doing so they stopped in the middle of it to load another trailer. I waited for 2 and a 1/2 hours for them to finish that trailer and it only took them 10 minutes to finish loading mine once they started back.
Be prepared to be towed out crapy place to load out of
The yard is awful. All way Surfaced muddy.
