Tim is exceptional! From start to finish he has been attentive, supportive and get's the job done and is always on hand to help. He worked tirelessly to secure us a great mortgage deal and we always felt like we were in safe, trustworthy hands. We were initially with another mortgage broker but getting nowhere and we were worried about swapping to someone else so far into the process but it was the best decision we made. Out of everyone that we worked with during the house buying process, Tim was by far the most brilliant, professional and I would recommend him to anyone. He's personable, professional and just a lovely person to work with. 10/10!

Tim has been exceptionally helpful throughout the whole process of buying my house. As a first time buyer, buying a property on my own, I had very little idea of what I was doing, and Tim was a great help in explaining everything that needed to be done - I felt that no question was too stupid to ask! Being self-employed for only a short period of time, having recently changed my surname by deed poll and buying a house in the middle of the pandemic meant getting a mortgage was not straightforward. Tim was really reassuring about these problems and worked really hard on my behalf to get the mortgage approved with the bank. I received prompt replies to all my emails and Tim would regularly call and email just to update me on how things were progressing. Tim seemed to genuinely care about my house purchase and getting everything sorted with the mortgage. I cannot recommend Tim enough.
Tim recently helped us with our mortgage, even with the current pandemic affecting mortgage applications, Tim's knowledge and perseverance managed to secure our mortgage for our new home. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again when it comes to renewal.
