First time hiring a boat, didn't really even know how to word it over the phone, but from the second Robin answered the phone it was just such a pleasant experience. Very professional and extremely personable, when we got there he was so accommodating. Went through all the safety requirements, had a little spin in the boat with him and just gave you the confidence to get up and go. They have some snacks and amenities at the boat shop, also gave us a map and routes - when they tell you it'll take you an hour and a half from one point to another, it will take you bang on an hour and a half - extremely knowledgeable. Great day out, definitely coming back again - customer service and experience were exemplary.

Decent although one of the bloody staff is an idiot! They expect you to read ALL of the rules in 5 minutes which is rediculous! The bouts were nice there though.
