First off, they’re very nice and it was easy to set up an appointment. I appreciated that! That’s the reason this rating isn’t lower. I was shocked when I went in at the cost, even with great insurance. They told me my two sons needed to get several fillings for cavities and that it would cost well over 1,000, after my insurance covers a significant amount. I decided to get a second opinion. At the second dentist, the dentist came out after each child apologizing because, for the life of her, she could not find any cavities to be filled. She even asked her associate for a second opinion to make sure she hadn’t missed something. They both agreed that they needed no fillings. She sent us home and charged us nothing. I’m so glad I got that second opinion! It saved us so much money and unnecessary discomfort with my boys.
Karoline did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth and was very informative about what she was doing. Dr. Stephanie McMall was very friendly and caring while examining my teeth. Everyone was friendly and safe with COVID guidelines! I’ve never had a problem with Chesaning Family Dental. They treat me like family! I had no cavities so they get an extra star
