I finally decided to buy an Air Fryer. I went in to just take a look, do some comparisons I had some recommendations from my co-workers but I was still undecided about which one to purchase. The customer service at Best Buy from the moment I came in the door was nothimg short of AMAZING! After I narrowed down my selection to 2 Air Fryers. The Customer Service Rep helped me with the details about the differences of them which led me to my selection and I am very happy. I love my Air Fryer!!! More than that I love my experience at Best Buy!

I WENT HERE TO DO A REFUND FOR A COUPLE ITEMS THAT I PURCHASED BECAUSE THEY WERE CHEAPER AND BEST BUY PRICE MATCHES. WELL I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY REFUND ON A GIFT CARD AND NOT SENT BACK TO MY TEMP CARD. I TOLD THE LADY TWICE ABOUT IT AND SHE STILL SENT IT BACK TO THE TEMP CARD. NOW I AM OUT OVER 150 BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO LISTEN AND THE SUPERVISOR COULDNT VOID IT OUT WHICH MAKES ZERO SENSE. I WILL NOT AND REPEAT WILL NOT BE BUYING ANYTHING ELSE FROM BEST BUY

If I could give zero stars i would. I live 1 hour away from this location and is the closest. Bought a TV and spent over 500 for an open box marked as "Exellent" condition. When I was getting ready to mount the TV, 24 hours later, found therm back of the TV had damage which was NOT caused by myself. Tried calling the store before driving all the way back to discuss the condition of this TV and waited over an hour on hold. So I drove back. Josh, the manager, was very unhelpful and refused to help me with the damaged TV. Basically stated the TV left the store in perfect condition, which it most certainly did not and said there was absolutely no way the TV was damaged at the store, on the floor, and clearly believes the damage was done by me. Corporate will be contacted and BestBuy will never receive my business ever again. Looking at other reviews, I am not the only one this has happened to and BestBuy seriously needs to rethink the way they address these situations and telling me that it being over 24 hours and up to manager discretion, there is nothing he will do. Not to mention a 14 day return policy on the receipt and there was a hole in the box AT THE STORE! Disgusting and unacceptable.

There is a reason stores like this are going to be nothing more than a memory like blockbuster soon. Face it the only reason we still go here is out of convenience. I walked out of this store because I was denied help and understanding with my best buy card. I spend about 5000 to 8000 a year here or I should say I use to. You didn't just lose a customer today, No you made a enemy.
