My experience was horrible. They first sent me the wrong item. I asked for a 32 x 60 shower stall and they sent me a tub/shower stall . They then took that back and gave me 30 x 60. I wasn't there when the contractor installed and it was way to small so of course I couldn't take it back and I am stuck paying our 769 for a shower stall that I can't use. Don't waste your time go to Ferguson's or somewhere else. They had no options for me to get my money back. Not good customer service. 769 cost them in the long run because I would never recommend anyone to them after that.
You don't find many businesses like these guys anymore. As a small plumbing contractor I receive the same great service as the big contractors. From the moment you walk in you get great face to face service with professionals who know the industry. If they don't have what you need they can get it quickly.
They are amazing, professional, knowledgeable and patient!!!
