Absolutely love them! Have been going here for years with my mother and sister. Such great service and knowledge about their products. So many different weave's to choose from, it's my go to beauty supply store. I wish they were online too, they would definitely make a killing .

Sold me a faulty lace wig on 2/24 for double the price of what Hey it’s actually worth. I wore it 4 times and the lace ripped on the side every time I tried to comb out the knots. The final straw was when the middle part ripped out. I callee customer service on the evening of 3/4 and after being told angrily that they were closed by a very rude man, I was told to come in the next day after 12 to with the wig manager, Ms. Kim. She was even more rude than the man. She absolutely refused to use words with me and just shook her head no as I tried to explain the situation. It was an absolutely demoralizing experience. I will never return to this place of business.

Really nice place with tons of beauty items. If you need it, I am sure they have it, or will get it for you. If you haven’t been here before give yourself plenty of time to make it through the whole store. I have never seen so much hair on clearance. Manager Guy and every female associate I have dealt with, have always been knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend DIAMOND BEAUTY SUPPLY for any hard to find item.

The staff is extremely helpful. The item I wanted to purchase was only sold in large quantities. I expressed my concern to the associate, and he was able to provide an alternative solution. I would highly recommend this location for all your beauty supply needs. They have excellent customer service and the store is always neat!!!
