They gave us a reasonable timeline and communicated along the way when the blinds were shipped and the approximate installation. On the installation day, we were given a time and a call when the installer was on his way. He was able to complete the installation quickly and the blinds are perfect. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. Great price for a quality product with excellent customer service.

Having plantation shutters installed is one of the best improvements we have made for our home! Just wish we hadn't waited so long! It really updated our windows for a reasonable price. We worked with Matt and Mary Ann on two homes, one in Chesapeake and another in Moyock. They have the best customer service I have ever seen. We had issues with the addition and changed our minds a few times and they continued to work with us guiding us on the right blinds for our sunroom. Install was quick and the quality of product is excellent and perfect for our room. Best blind shop around.
