I had a Technician (Tony) from East Coast to come out and install a dishwasher we purchased. I appreciated Tony’s thoroughness and professionalism. He called ahead and gave us a time when he would be arriving. Upon arrival, he greeted us, asked questions, and inspected the area where he would be installing the dishwasher. While inspecting the area he noticed our kitchen sink was beginning to rust out from under the bottom and while he was under the sink he asked me for my phone so he could take a picture of it so we could have someone look at it. The area where the dishwasher was installed did not have the linoleum ran all the way to the back. Because of this there were some challenges in getting it level but Tony worked with it until he got it just right. Upon completion of the installation he tested it to make sure it was working properly and that there were no leaks. He then asked us if we had any questions for him before leaving. About a few weeks ago he came out to install a hood range for us and that same courteous, thoroughness and professionalism came shining through. Definitely would have him come out again!

Very good deal, but make sure to have the tip protector installed, they don't do it without charging extra. I believe that if they remove the old one they should install the new one. Also sicker on stove states install tip protector before removing sticker. Very helpful, but fridge didn't came as one in show room and we did ask when in show room is this what we are getting? And told yes. Still awaiting one shelf is what they stared we can get. So not like one in show room. So kind of disappointed.

Although I usually buy my appliances from East Coast, this time I was with my daughter who was looking for a fridge and washer and dryer. I have replaced all appliances in 2 homes and have been very satisfied. The first store the sales person liked to hover so we left and went another one of their stores where she bought what she needed

If I could leave a 0 rating I would. When I spend close to 8,000 on brand new appliances and the gas range does not work and no one is willing to get the issue fixed and I have to wait til next week. That's ridiculous and unacceptable. All I kept getting was excuses and apologies. I don't want that I want it fixed. So now the dinner I was to cook with have to be thrown away. Love throwing money in the trash!! And when I am talking with one associate and another tries to butt in. Just DON'T!!! I will NEVER buy another appliance from this company.

Incredible customer service at the store and amazing delivery service!! Our salesman was so kind and so helpful because we were first time appliance buyers! We had no idea what to look for and he was very honest with us regarding brands that were good or bad. The delivery was scheduled promptly, two days after purchase. The delivery guys were so strong and so helpful! They installed the appliances for us as well. Everything went smoothly with this company and I will definitely refer our friends here! I wish I could remember everyone’s names to shout them out!!
