Upon trying to make the appointment over the phone the receptionist wasnt knowledgeable on how to do so because she was brand new so I asked if I could get someone with more experience that didn’t help either when they asked me what day and time I would like to come in I was rejected twice so then I asked what time and date was available for the wax technician and to put me down for that date I checked in and was greeted by Taylor she was polite and did my wax. As she was waxing me I felt major irritation she waxed the same area several times and said it was her technique because she wants to get every strand when she was done I looked down and noticed patches of hair left behind I pointed it out to her but she had an excuse why she didn’t get those hairs I went to check out and again the receptionist didn’t know what they were doing i wanted to come in for a follow up but started my period two days later so i had to wait a week before I could go back I explained that to the manager Olivia but she said my experience overall was normal because she’d been through the same thing
