I don't leave reviews, but I definitely loved my experience here. They did a great job on my unicorn nails and toes and have a great selection of colors. It's a nice family atmosphere and I felt comfortable even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted and I'm shy, they helped me through it without making me feel like I should know the terminology

This is my second time coming here and I love it. I was looking for a nail salon moving here from a different state and this is my new spot. This is the first place I’ve come too where I got Dip polish and all my nails lasted 2 weeks without breaking/chipping.

My new favorite nail salon! I came in missing two nails that popped off even though I just got them done two days earlier at another nail salon. Henry is amazinggggg! He took the rest of my nails off from the previous salon, and did a whole new set. I am so happy with how he did my nails! Perfectly shaped and painted, he even did two smokey nails that I asked for and they came out even better than I imagined! No other salon I’ve been to could do Smokey nails at all. I can’t wait to see what else he can do. Thank you so much Henry you’re the best!!

Walked in w no appointment for a fill and spa pedi.. I’m from out of town so my nails had to be redone completely and my feet needed acrylic removed. I appreciated the communication and suggestions based on the look I wanted. Overall a great place. I went somewhere before here and was asked to come back since my services would keep them after closing, but family nails spa welcomed me and stayed till the job was done an hour after closing.. keep up the great work!!

I have visited twice now and both times they have done a spectacular job! I have been searching for a nail salon in Hampton roads that is as great as the one I left in CA and finally found it here. Henry is amazing and did my nails SUPER short just the way I like them.

Wow, just wow. I don't think my feet and hands have ever looked or felt this great before, especially my feet. Honestly, they are like new. I try to keep on top of them while at home, but what I haven't been able to accomplish in quite some time, was done in one visit here. Great personnel at the salon, very nice, polite & professional and hard working. I may not be back to this area for awhile, but if I am I will most definitely be back.

3 stars bc the gentleman that did my pedicure did an awesome job. I would give him 5 stars. The lady who did my full set, however did an awful job. They’re bumpy, crooked, and overall just messy. I have two irritated cuticles now as well. I think she was in a rush bc I was one of the last clients of the day, but I came in at 5:30 and they closed at 7.
