I have to admit I was reluctant to order furniture online but the price of the items that I wanted were so much less I decided to try it. I found FIG stores and placed my order. It was very easy and I even had a nice chat with Brad while my order was processing. I was informed that the sofas that I chose were currently back ordered for about 3 months BEFORE the order was processed and I still decided to complete the transaction. My order was about 7000.00 dollars. I waited patiently (somewhat) and started getting a little nervous around the time my order would be expected. Brad and the entire staff assured me that the order was processed and even gave me up to date information on when I could expect it. I received my order yesterday, the white glove delivery was GREAT. The delivery people were careful, pleasant, courteous, and above all nice. They put the items in place and when I was thinking about moving them a little they stopped me and said "let me know where you want them we will do it". Very seldom have I had a experience that I was moved to review, but this is one of them. FIG stores is a wonderful company to do business with, VERY PERSONAL SERVICE. Thank you Brad and the entire staff for a pleasant buying experience.

Fig Stores for the WIN! We have had our couches for a couple years now. They had to be custom made with the black leather we wanted with white stitching. From ordering to delivery, Fig Stores was hands down the best choice! We recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture. Years later our furniture still looks as great as it did coming off the freight truck.

We ordered a bar from Fig stores. Price was fantastic. We had some issues with the bar and Fig Stores made sure that everything got fixed properly. It took 6 months, but the great people at Fig Stores never gave up on getting it fixed. We love our bar and the people at Fig Stores are the best!!!!

Ordered Simmons Double Motion Sofa and Love seat during black Friday sales. The total order was 700 cheaper than Wayfair. Ordering over the phone was smooth and professional. Sales person was upfront and stated due to holiday schedule I may not get the furniture before Christmas. That was fine with me I was pleasantly surprised when I received the furniture on Dec 22. I would do business with them again.

We bought a love seat from Fig online...it just came today ..It was well packed. Delivery date was a bit longer then we were first told. It was a week late but so far it was worth the wait. We saved over 250 for the same love seat we looked at in our local furniture. I give them 3 out of 5 stars.

After weeks of being disappointed with local furniture stores, my husband found FIG Stores website and researched the company. We got online late one Sunday night just to check out their products. We had a few questions about the product we were looking at and someone "just happened" to be there late and started chatting with us....answering questions, giving us discounts, etc!!! The ordering process was simple and whoever was chatting with us stayed online till ordering was complete! We ended up getting a couch AND love seat because of their fantastic prices! FIG Stores is located in Virginia...We live in Idaho! Our furniture arrived within the quoted delivery time and in beautiful condition!! I couldn't be happier with the great staff at FIG. They really are amazing. The furniture is fantastic, but the FIG staff is even better. They were so easy to get in touch with for questions and concerns. We would definitely order from them again!
