My friend paid a deposit for an event at this venue and due to the pandemic, the event had to be canceled. I’m aware that her policy now states that the deposit is non-refundable but at the time of booking it was told to the customer that she would give him the deposit back should the event be canceled and he also was not given a copy of the contract. Multiple attempts have been made to contact this establishment for resolution and to date the owner has yet to communicate with the customer in any capacity. This to me shows a refusal to refund the deposit but also speaks volumes of how unprofessional the owner is. 0/10, no stars, I do not recommend!
