I always liked using this clinic but as of late they have not responded to numerous prescription refill requests from Medtronic, Express Scripts even when I followed up and now my insulin is being held up. I would just expect better follow through especially when I was promised it would be taken care of.

Yes this place is the Best. Rosins Kermini, NP is the best ever. She cares about her patients health and I must say she is one of the best drs I have ever had. She hugged me and OMG, a doctor has never hugged me. She the BEST!

Everyone that I had contact with in this office was above and beyond wonderful. I was scheduled very short notice as a new patient in the middle of an undiagnosed autoimmune flare. I was miserable, I had been brushed off by the hospital and by specialists, and I just needed relief. I was seen within 48 hours of my initial call. The receptionists were both very friendly when I came in and got me checked in very quickly. I was seen on time, which is not something that I am accustomed to. The Nurse Practitioner, Rosine Kemeni, is a very special kind of person. She really took the time to listen to me and ask questions and run labs to really get to the bottom of what was going on with me. There are not enough care providers like her anymore and I feel very fortunate to have been treated by her. I will continue to be her patient for as long as I am able and I will recommend her to anyone who will listen.

While the staff and medical personnel were very nice and personable and I find no fault in their mannerisms, they did not disclose that their practice does not prescribe birth control unless there is a high risk medical need. I had been with the practice for approximately 6 months and at no time was it disclosed to me that this is a religious funded medical practice that bases their medical decisions on catholic doctrine. Had they been upfront I would not have patronized their business and wasted my time and theirs.
