I ordered my wife an 85 bouquet for our wedding anniversary. The flowers that were delivered were an appalling disappointment. I should have looked on Google reviews first: this florist has tons of 1 star reviews all saying the same thing. The flowers looked worse than the 15 bouquet you can buy from Costco. There were less flowers, they were poorer quality and they were less well arranged than Costco flowers but they cost 85 instead of 15. When I called to complain the lady kept saying that I had ordered the A size bouquet. As if this meant that what had been delivered was somehow acceptable. What? The trash they sent us looked nothing like the arrangement on the website. They offered to replace them, but the other reviewers on Google reviews who agreed to a replacement all say that either the florist just never showed up with a replacement or that the replacement was just as bad as the first attempt. I said I wanted a refund. The lady said ok but then said that they would be coming back to my home to get their flowers back. Wow. Really? Yes really, perhaps so they can sell them to someone else? This business seems to specialize in misleading people by posting pictures on their website that bear no resemblance to the actual product they are putting out. They ruin people's special occasion. Then when they get a negative review they respond on here saying they are sorry and they didn't mean it. Pathetic.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife from 1800Flowers, Greenbrier Florists put the arrangement together and delivered it. The disappointment has been real, they turned what was supposed to be a romatic gesture into a hastle for me and my wife. I feel robbed. Btw the picture shows the second attempt since the first one was even worse.

The flowers I ordered and the ones that were delivered are NOTHING a like !!! I would never order anything from telefora again or for that matter Grienbrier Florist. I have ordered these same flowers 2 different times in the last month also from telefora and they were beautiful......so the bottom line is....this florist is horrible.
