I needed a primary health care professional immediately after my horrific car accident when I moved to Chesapeake Va. I had brain trauma and bad injuries and Kacie Schappert got me the best treatment, provided the best specialist, got me outstanding physical therapy, and support I needed to help with the healing process. She showed me that she cared and she provided me doctors that specialized in my special situation. I can’t thank her enough! This place is a joke. If you have a chronic condition you need medication for they will leave you hanging for days and not refill it for you. Despite numerous calls, I’m on day 4 without blood pressure medication and I don’t feel like anyone at the office even cares about refilling it for me. I never had problems until recently so I’m not sure what has changed but do yourself a favor and find a physician elsewhere. (If i could rate 0 stars i would)

Absolutely unprofessional and a joke of a practice. I had an appointment scheduled for two months to do some stuff for overseas medical screening. I went in and they told me the DAY of my appointment that they couldn’t take me and that they were being sold to another company?? Why not call your patients to let them know? There was zero consideration to the fact that I was on a time crunch and had already waited two months to get into this appointment. I read the reviews on this place and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since their reviews are already sooo bad but no. Please save yourself the trouble and find another place to seek care.
