I love the silk press & trim I get, it lasts for a good while . My hair feels very healthy after every trip Not expensive either . I’ll continue to go here . There’s only one lady that does hair there she’s very polite & can keep a conversation . However she has always been late on my appointments . Either she’s literally not there yet or shes still doing other women’s hair .

She did an awful job on my natural cut. The earliest she could fix her horrible job was the upcoming Friday mind you it was a Tuesday when i got my hair done. With a concert to attend the very next night and my 40th bday approaching. I had to find someone else to correct her mistakes. She never returned my calls or did she offer another service being that I was not happy with the service she provided me. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for you natural hair care needs

I had an appt for a relaxer. The owner is the only one working at the shop, she worked on my hair and another lady’s front weave at the same time. after the relaxer my hair was still very curly. And she also started to trim my hair without my consent. A horrible experience!! Will not be going back!

OMG had an appointment the firday with the OWNER for 5 came in at 450 she was the only one there and working on someone so I waited and until 540 when she told me once I curl her hair I'll be with you. I was irritated as hell and didn't answer she then says oh unless you have somewhere eles to be I got up and left still trying to figure out why the owner is so unprofessional she should have just said she over booked herself instead of tallinn me to wait when I made a appointment.
