I called and spoke with the owner to set up my appt. She emailed me a questionnaire which had some health questions on it to complete and return, which I did. Day of the appt we spent time choosing the color and she let me know that the color would lighten up to about 30% after a few weeks so I kept that in mind when choosing the color. Not only did the color lighten up, it completely came off. About 2 weeks later after using the after care packet as instructed and after all that HORRIBLE pain there is NO difference in the color of my lips. I texted her several times and she assured me this was normal, wait about a month; first she said wait 3 weeks. So I waited for a month and 4 days and texted her pics and she said \I can't see the color\. I asked if a touchup would make a difference and she said \No\ and that she would reach out to Groupon to see if they could issue me a refund, which I did not believe she would do anyway. Bottom line, she took my money, took me through ALL that pain for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING...NO RESULTS WHATSOEVER!! Bad business!!

She wasnt bad .. but I bought micro blading and shading 300 and the color didnt take. All you can see now is the shading one side is lighter than the other. Cant even see the blading. Reached out to her... have to pay another 150. Most places offer free touch ups. I will be going elsewhere.

Let me just start off by saying how much I love my NEW brows. Towanna walked me through the entire process which helped me a lot because I was a little nervous about if it would hurt. She uses topical products to ease the pain although I didn’t have much pain. She advised me that touchups are very important to ensure you get a perfect brow. Well she was right and after having my perfection session/touchup I am so happy I decided to get Microblading here at LaBlade.
