Called, spoke to a person, which is awesome. She was very helpful and enthusiastic. Scheduled my appt and the tech arrived between the allotted time frame and he called to confirm and advise his eta. Also awesome. He arrived and quickly switched out my light fixture. Observed Covid protocols, friendly and courteous. Great customer service!

I scheduled the service the day prior for an 8-10 window and the technician showed up right at 8. He was extremely professional and thorough! When I made the appointment I said I had an inspector come out and he said the unit needed to be serviced and cleaned. I was advised there was a special running and they would do it for 50. The technician said the 50 was just to check it not to actually clean it. That’s a pretty shady sales tactic to me which I didn’t really appreciate. Like I said though, technician was very friendly and did a great job.

Our house in Norfolk has some crawlspace water issues after a heavy rain storm and damaged some duct work. Being that our system was nearing 20 years old I decided to swap it out from all electric to a gas package unit. This included running a new gas line, ripping out all of the duct work and setting a new package unit. Josh & Leo were the technicians who performed the removal and the installation. First and foremost, these guys spent 3 days under our house fixing it all. They were extremely professional, respectful, and good at what they do. Having two kids at home doing virtual school, they were also extremely respectful and patient with a 5 and 6 year old watching over them and asking questions and being kids. Employees like Josh and Leo are reasons why people keep coming back to a company/brand. Kudos fellas. After getting three different prices, M&S was the middle of the road and had the best financing option. 0% for 36 months was really kind of the main reason. One of the other three companies was nearly 12K more expensive so definitely make sure you get more than one or two estimates. I would definitely recommend these two guys from Michael & Sons to do your install. I don't know if you can request by name, but that is who Id go with again if I had my choice.

I want to shout out to Andrew who was awesome in every way. He has been the one whom also did our new pipeline to the house few years ago. His work is more than top notch. Andrew should be give top everything. I will always want his service for our plumbing needs. I look forward to using this company in future things

I haven't yet used the service, except to have some issues with my HVAC unit diagnosed. The technician, Jeremy, was kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. He made me feel comfortable to consider proceeding with them regarding the diagnosed issues. I am likely to move forward with the service recommendations and in the future use Michael and Son again for all other household needs.
