Monique is a pleasant person but is not very thorough in her examinations during Dr visits. Mostly talk and assumptions. Twice she has failed to refill my meds before I ran out, especially my depression meds until days later. She does not check prescription refill requests in the system even if its urgent. She is a terrible PA.

Monique is a great... until you are unable to give get in and \check in\ with here where she asks very little questions and spends a solid 2 minutes with you. I'm now unable to receive needed medication as I have moved and unable to receive proper care. The office is \unable\ to recommend doctors they know in my area. It seems if you won't be a long term patient for them, they are uninterested in caring for you. Obviously not here for patient, just paychecks. Very poor service, very poor attitude from the receptionist desk. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My PCP for years retired and Dr Brock became my new PCP. From the very first time we met in the office I was elated and relieved by her excellent bedside manner. She was very down to earth and took on my healthcare as if she had been my doctor for years. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a caring, talented, and thorough PCP. I plan on staying with her as my PCP until I die.
