I have been using this practice for years, they are all amazing. At this point I've seen all of their providers and they are all helpful and kind. They truly care about your health and it shows. Recently I had something come up when they were closed, so I went to a patient first (was misdiagnosed) and ended up back here to get the appropriate diagnosis and medication. They are all super kind and compassionate, and I will not go anywhere else anymore!

Fast and efficient service. The hours on Google are wrong though. The last thing you need when you're sick is to stand outside for an hour because you were misinformed.

I have been a PT here for a number of years. This is by far the best practice around. Wait times are short and they are pretty thorough. Dr. Nelson is by far hands down the best doctor I have ever had. She takes a total and thorough approach to care. She gives everything straight and doesn't just push meds. She treats you as a whole and also looks at alternative treatments. Would not go anywhere else!!!!!

The entire staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Nelson is the preferred practitioner for my entire family. She takes her time to listen to our concerns and make sure we fully understand all treatment options or medications. We usually walk-in with limited wait time, but appointments have also been easy to schedule.

My family and I have lived in the area for 2 years and have been to the Mt Pleasant Urgent Care facility on several occasions. My kids have gone for sports physicals and we’ve all been there for minor illnesses. Every experience has always been positive. We are always seen in a timely manner and the staff is always friendly and professional. Hands down the best experience in an urgent care facility!

This place is great, usually quick and efficient, unless they are busy. They take the time with each of the PT and they are pretty thorough. Dr Nelson is amazing, takes a very whole person treatment and looks at alternatives also.
