Worst experience ever. Customer service and sales persons are not professional. I regret ever doing business with them. If you purchase a chair be sure to get your paperwork or copy of your signed sales receipt with the balance owed whether it is zero or a dollar.

Been waiting since May for a new power chair. They don't return calls, they say they faxed this ot that for my doctor to fill out and fax back. He does they say never got them. I find out the faxs were sent to their headquarters in Maryland. Now they say need more paperwork. Givi g them till end of week then going to a better company.

Absolute worst experience of my life. Then sent my paperwork to the wrong insurance. Then when it was resubmitted they had my birthday wrong on all the forms. After over a month of calling I had to be the one to contact my insurance and uncover the errors. Every time I was told my case would be escalated to see what's wrong and not one time did they ever call my insurance after weeks of promises. Finally received my chair and they did not lift a finger to adjust it for me or even help load it. It was supposed to be delivered but there wasn't a delivery person available for 2 weeks. I also asked for the price on a cover since pride mobility will only go through vendors. It took 6 weeks!!!! Stay as far away from this company as possible. When you are already in a terrible position due to your health and all they do is add unnecessary stress. Couldn't be less helpful if they tried.

NuMotion staff neither typically answer phone calls live nor reply to VM's left. Even once you communicate something to them, it is long-coming and virtually always botched. I would have left a 'zero' star rating of that had been an option of the rating software.

I have been forced to use this vendor on two occasions for my wife's power chair. Both times I left several calls on all their numbers and it took over a week until I could get through to anyone in the repair department, and then it was only because I called every two minutes until I got a person on the phone. They took the information and then it took several attempts to straighten all that out to find it would be weeks until they could send some idiot out to attempt to figure out the problem who admitted he had no clue, and when I told him what it was, he still took the chair back to their shop and still couldn't fix it. I eventually ordered the parts on line I thought it would need, and they took 2 days to come and worked fine, after it took weeks to get my chair back, which I had to go get myself. It's a shame that the handicap business can hold you captive and they know it!

I have used this company previously to order wheelchairs for my son. Mostly a positive experience. However, recently I had to order some parts for his bath chair and the entire experience has been a nightmare. There is no follow up, no return calls, no return emails. I either had to contact corporate or the regional manager to get any results. The whole experience was very frustrating. Next time I will look for another company to do business with.
