I have been going to One Life for about 4 years. I have found it to be well managed as evidenced by the cleanliness of the facility. All of the staff are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this gym for your fitness needs. I have been working with a personal trainer which really helps me because at 70 years old it is sometimes difficult to keep up your enthusiasm. Allyson is a wonderful motivator and also sets a great example. She keeps workouts fun and interesting. This facility has made all of the difference in my fitness.

Very clean, spacious, and organized. You can tell they put a lot of effort into making their gym a great place to workout. Also the lady at the front desk during the week is very delightful.

I talked to the manager at this location and tour. I was not ready to make a decision that day. I went online and decided to get a free day pass to try out gym and was gone start a membership upon completion of my workout. I come into gym and was told by anther manager that my free day pass wS not valid and it will cost me 15 dollars. I told them I was considering setting up a membership and they told me to pay 15 for a day pass and it can go to my membership. I do not understand why the inline allows you to do a free day pass just for the gym to say it’s not valid and try to pressure me into getting a membership instead. Why should I have to pay 15 dollars when the day pass is free. It’s not due to safety because it’s tons of ppl not wearing masks and not social distancing. And clearly you’re fine taking my money to work out but won’t honor the free day pass. Terrible service I will save my money for a better gym!
