This was a travel sickness. I have never experienced such quick, effective and professional care as I did today at patient first. I have worked in healthcare and this location is professionally staffed, efficiently run and patient respect and kindness delivered!

I have been to this office several times. I never wait long, it is very clean and the staff is pleasant. Yesterday I went and required a prescription.. The doctor told me my rx would be 50 if I got it there and would probably do better with the price if I went to my regular pharmacy. So I went to Kroger and it was 7. I really appreciated the doctor telling me that which he didn’t have to do. Saved me 43.

I had such a fantastic experience today. This has been my primary care for years and I have always had great experiences at the Cedar Rd. location. But today I was particularly impressed. At 10:30 this morning when I arrived, the parking lot was full, the adjacent lot was filling up, the waiting area was full, and every room was full, but EVERY SINGLE staff member I encountered was super friendly and super patient, even on the phones. While the wait was lengthy (as was expected), it was overall a very great experience. This is what patients want from their doctor's office but rarely get. Thank you Patient First Cedar Rd. for setting the example!

Excellent service. Went in for covid testing. Came up positive and then my husband came in and got tested too. Dr. Michael Thompson is the best!! Excellent and down to earth personality!
