This place is not professional at all I took my car here think it will come back whole oh no now my radio isnt working and they never preformed the job they was suppose to correctly. I call the manager west o he talked down on me like I was his child so had to find corporate number it took time but I found it. waiting on my call back. my job is willing to release the video footage of the way he was talking to me count your days buddie

I wanted to give this place more than one star in hopes that maybe there was just some misunderstanding or maybe it was a bad night for the women in the office. However, the communication and presentation of the communication never changed. Customer service is very poor in my opinion. If I had my way I would never return to this dealership for any reason, particularly not the collision center, but unfortunately if you got the work done here you have to return for them to fix it. So I have to go deal with the rude customer service a little while longer seems like. What’s funny is it’s not that they don’t know how to have good customer service it’s that they pick and choose who to give it to. Maybe I was wrong for breathing in their space or something lol. No seriously they have really bad customer service.

I would say this was an experience that I have been going through since May 15th. I am very disappointed in the service received here. (Issue #1) When received my car back it had wrong backup camera and the Service tech said that is wasn’t and that is was a new 3D camera. I so had to take my car to Nissan to have one of their techs look at it and they confirm it definitely wasn’t the correct camera. After calling the service tech again he said he would look at another maximum that he had in lot then he confirmed that the camera was the wrong one and that Nissan sent him the wrong part. So, I had to drop my car off for another appointment. (Issue #2) after a month after receiving my car back from the camera issue I noticed where they did body work the car started peeling I went back and talked to the service tech and he said that he could repair it and it would take about 3 days and that he could give me the state farm rate for a rental. The day of appointment I requested to speak to a manager about having to pay for a rental out of my pocket. Now this manager Wes was great he said don’t worry about that we got that covered which he did. (Issue #3) But a for enterprise that was a different story I waited 2 ½ hours to receive the rental. (Issue #4) When I received my car back the next day from the peeling I noticed that they did a quick spray paint job and left my rims and tires spray painted with residue. Would have rated them a 1 star but with their willingness to do repairs and the Manager Taking care of rental i couldn't.....but the spray paint job really bothered me.

Couldn't ask for friendlier, more professional people. Lisa Van Gorder was in daily contact with progress reports and when the provided rental needed to be extended, she took care of it. My car was returned cleaner than they got it. A great experience.

I would give a zero star if have an option. The worst place to take my car to them, l should've checked the reviews before. At first, we went there for the inspection, we saw they were very careful and took their time that's why we brought the car back for them to talked with the agent insurance guy that bump my car in the back. I dropped my car on Sep 12, 17 and pick up on Sep 26, 17. When we went picked up, It was a raining day and couldn't check and they said is anything wrong just bring it back. The next day, we found out the lift gate that they fixed, the paint job that they did all bubbling and the left bumper they didn't remove to put the new one in. We called them and told about it and they said to bring back for them to see. My husband brought it back to talk with the lady her name is Tracy Johnson. She said she didn't see anything and we called the agent guy insurance. She talked with him and said l don't see anything and the left bumper is nothing. They have done my car but didn't submit that their paint job is not looks right and they left the bumper with the scar on it. Now my car has 2 color in the back. I will tell everyone not to come to this place \priority Toyota collision Chesapeake on Military highway\ be aware of this place everyone!
