I have been shopping at the Reeds at Chesapeake Square Mall since December 2020. The Associate that helped me with my purchases then has been helping me since. She is always so upbeat, friendly, positive and always displays impeccable customer service skills. I was shopping yesterday, March 9, 2021. When I walked into Reeds, she greeted me with a smile. I found a gift I wanted to purchase and with her charm and ease of upselling abilities she persuaded me into also purchasing myself that same item. All I could do was smile at her and tell her that if I had a business of that magnitude, I would definitely have her on my team. They provided great detail in the different stones and cuts. I was so pleased I returned again this year and added a custom ring for my daughter.
