Quality of work appears to be fine so far. However, don't say you are sending out a large crew to move furniture for a carpet job. When in fact, you send 4 people who don't speak english (or better yet, act like they don't) half of them appeared to be close enough to being kids. One woman that was more or less useless, all to include the "supervisor", were kind of rude or acted clueless and didn't even make any effort at communicating with us, the homeowners. If I didn't have two representatives from the builder of my home present, I would have quite honestly told the entire crew to leave or get at least one person who can speak english. In the end, I was beyond frustrated at the lack of being able to properly communicate with them and absolutely furious that either my husband or the home builder reps ended up moving the majority of the furniture. The supervisor appeared annoyed and inconvenienced when he was essentially forced to help move a piece of furniture back to it's original place when the job was finished. If this wasn't warranty work and my home builder was covering the cost of these repairs, there isn't a chance I would use this company or recommend them.

They shouldn't even get one star. Brand new home and trim pieces were missing and completely different styles of wood on the first floor than the 2nd, they were suppose to come today between 9 and 12 to put them in, and no one has shown up and no one will answer the phone. It's now 4:08. Took the day off just for them not to show up.

Terrible quality. Terrible customer service. Have had the hardwood repaired twice & it will never be good until I fork over the money to a different company to tear out & redo my floors correctly.

Horrible from the start. The 5 star review is from the woman who works in the showroom, so don't be fooled. They employ sloppy laborers who do the bare minimum. They installed defective wood floors in our brand new home last June and we are still fighting to have them fixed. They kept saying that the splintering (which is anywhere from a sliver to a half inch chunk off the end of a board) is normal. Twice a "mill rep" came out, first time in August said they were fine. They have replaced individual boards (poorly), and finally the guy came out again, threw out without asking me first, what was deemed defective product from our ORIGINAL install, and over 6 weeks later we are still waiting to see if they plan to replace our defective floors. My house is a wreck. Half my breakables are packed up from the last time they were supposed to do their crappy bandaid repair Jan 4, and all those items are taking over my guest room. DO NOT shop here... go anywhere else.
