This has been challenging times but I can see the facility is doing their best by setting clear expectations and realistic goals of care. Communicates with family as often as possible. Daily fun activities and staff provides good quality of life. Stay strong Chesapeake Shores!

My mother has been a resident @ Chesapeake Shores for 3 years now. She is happy and well taken care of. Her nurses & the administrative staff are very communicative on all aspects of her care. I appreciate all they do to take care of mother.

This place is rigged up worse than the 2020 election. Unless you want your family neglected, to go unheard, and sit in a room with dirty clothes, I’d look deeper into finding a better facility with the accommodations your family member actually needs. Most of my family has worked in nursing facilities, and to say the least this place doesn’t hold a flame to your local homeless shelter. Do yourself a favor study around before making a decision on this place cause you’ll regret it soon after. Covid-19 or not.

Cheapeake Shores has the most caring supportive staff. They always update the families and provide the safest care. They always have fun activities that in involve the residents which makes this facility a local favorite. I highly recommend this facility

The care patients receive is below standard care. The communication to family designated to receive said information is lousy. Most always when you call the phone does not get answered. Because of Covid-19 we cannot see first hand that our loved one is doing okay and that is disheartening to say the least. Families are ignored because you can do that and blame short staffing as your excuse. So sick of it and I pray they investigate you and shut you down. You don’t deserve the honor of taking care of our loved ones. You should be ashamed of running that facility like you do.
