Absolute nightmare as major unit on roof of building we built had no return. The testing and balancing numbers from Testing Specialties, Inc were forged. This lead to flooding as the unit sucked rainwater in during heavy rains as it had no return. It took several years to figure out it wasn't a roof leak or a leaking roof unit. A separate company came and found the numbers submitted at construction did not match anything close to what was found in many areas of the building. Several other rooms where found to have no air flow at all and that explained a lot of uncomfortable areas. The business Testing Specialties denied everything and wouldn't help with the flood damage. When asked to help with the flood damage they refused to help at all.
