A great trip to Home Depot. I needed to rent a power washer and purchase some gardening tools. The employees were quite helpful in both the main area and the rental office. The gentleman in the rental office walked me through using the power washer (I’m a first timer) and loaded it in my vehicle for me.

I had such a good experience here, it really turned my day around. One older gentleman who worked here (could not catch his name) helped me with finding the right size, type and color of specialty light bulbs. Very friendly and helpful and even offered to recycle my old CFL bulbs I brought in as examples. It was a small gesture but really improved my day. Thank you!

I paid for a carpet measurement and a carpet from them. I called to setup install and was told that the installer refuses to install my carpet with the padding I choose. How can you tell a customer what their budget is? How can you deny a customer install when they are paying for it not even a free install? Piss poor customer service! I will never work with this company again if this is how they treat people. No one has the right to tell me the customer I can’t make my own choices I’m the one paying for it not them. Now I am forced into going somewhere else for install because of their installer!
