Thursday February 25th 2021 at 1 p.m. I picked up my prescriptions at the pharmacy, the lady at the counter was very polite and courteous. She has assisted me several times in the past and has always been nice and pleasant.

A Disaster. Aisles & shelves are so messed up & just messy!! I had to self check out, with over 650.00 worth of groceries and a few other products. When I asked a question concerning a gift card that I needed to know how to scan, and pushed the key for assistance..... what a joke !! Her job was such a bore and I was just taking her away from a lively conversation with a friend. Not even ONE WORD said to me. WOW!! Great, friendly and helpful employees??? NOT

I went there for a pick up of Christmas gifts. Called and was told it was a GM pickup and to go to the pickup area by garden center. I had 2 sleeping grandchildren and explained that. He said I would still need to go to the other pickup. It was 10 AM but the GM person wouldn't be in until 11. Called the number provided 3 times. No connection. Called the main number no answer. Toddlers now awake. Door by garden center locked. Walked to the to the other entrance. Went into the store. Met with chaos. Every aisle was stacked with inventory. It was extremely unsafe. Narrow walk ways. Poor signage. Aisles blocked with inventory. Very very few staff. Difficult to find what I was looking for. One person helping in customer service. Long lines. Computer program not working properly. What should have been a 1 hour trip was 3 hours.
