Horrible! I hope this review can spare others the miserable experience I had. Unfortunately, I did not ask around Hampton Roads enough before selecting WebTeks, or I could have easily avoided wasting tens of thousands of dollars and over a year of my department's time. Since firing WebTeks and asking around, in just a few weeks I have found three other companies that experienced the same horrible quality of service. They will sell you on the idea that they will outline a comprehensive usability document, build you a custom system, handle all the user analysis, etc -- and then they take their pre-built CMS, tweak a few features, apply design you could get from buying a 50 template, claim to do testing although you will find a hundred things broken they missed, and then bill you another 1k for even the smallest changes. I have been hiring agencies for over 20 years and have never worked with people who are so unethical. They are absolute thieves.
