I got a 100 gift card from my husband to use at Wow brow for Xmas, unfortunately without realizing I threw the card away. I called in today Jan 17, to see if by showing my husband credit card statement I could still use the service, they gave me no assistance, I even ask to speak with the manager they said there is no manager, it was very poor customer service. Now I will open a dispute on my bank to get my money back and will never walk in this place again.

I've gone here for years for threading and have always been pleased. Once in awhile there is a wait but it has never been excessive. I had the eyebrow tinting done once before and decided to do it again today along with the lash tint, the lash tint I guess managed to still get into my eyes after a few minutes even though they were closed, they started to burn which of course made them start to water. The woman cleaned it off and applied the brow tint and then reapplied the lash, it again started to burn my eyes, maybe my eyes are just sensitive I'm not really sure but the lashes and brows both took well to the tint, we shall see how long it lasts \u200d️ will try to remember to update with more pics as it fades

I got lashes applied, they are supposed to last 1 day...they were coming off within 35 minutes. I couldn't turn around and go back because the mall was closed. So, I called the next day and they pretended to have a hard time understanding English. I heard the Indian lady who did the lashes was telling someone that unwashed saying "blah, blah, blah". I decided to just take the loss and NEVER go back. Obviously if they cared about the quality of service they would have shown that, no use getting angry. Sometimes it's best to just not to reward horrible service and quality with your hard earned money!

I never pull the race card but they were very rude and unprofessional when I was nothing but polite. I went to them for a year and they treated me with utter disrespect after my first and only complaint about a mistake they made on their end. They refused to accommodate me or have any accountability. Just said buy something or get out. How rude after I patronized them for over a year. I’m a service member and WAS a loyal client.

Update: After receiving a voucher from the owner for the horrible experience I had, I went to Wow brows for the second time and my experience was completely different. I love love my eyebrows (see picture)! Cindy (completely different person that did my eyebrows the first time) was very patient and took her time and made sure my eyebrows looked cleaned and even. She did not rush and was very polite and courteous. I will definitely be going back but only have her do my eyebrows. Even though my first time was a bad experience, I appreciate the owner caring about his customers and his business and attempting to rectify the mistake his employee made. Because of that and because my experience was way better the second time, I am changing my rating. Thank you Cindy for making my experience better the second time Original Post: First time visiting this place and just had a horrible experience. The lady that did my eyebrows rushed and didn’t do a good job, I had to tell her to go back because she had missed a spot. She went back and made it worse! My eyebrows look uneven! She didn’t even clean the hairs on my face that was left from the threading. Will never go back!

I have only ever been to the Greenbrier Mall location. And it used to be awesome. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for a long time and I came across some older Rewards cards that I had. The last time that I had been here the eyebrow tech told me to bring them in next time so that I can get my eyebrows done for free as part of their loyalty program. So today I decided I was going to get my eyebrows threaded, and the woman refused to take my older cards because she said that they have never marked my cards the way that they were marked. She said that they do not mark their cards like that at that location. So basically she accused me of scribbling on a card when I never even made a single mark on any of the cards and refused to give me my free service, which I intend to tip on anyway because tipping is just part of being a decent human (I always leave 5 even though service is 12) Anyway I will not be back To an establishment who tries to accuse their customers of cheating them out of a 12 service. Granted, my eyebrows grow very slowly so I understand that the cards were old, but I I am an honest person and have no reason to try to cheat anyone out of anything. The woman was pretty rude and wouldn’t hear me out at all. I will take my business to Glitz on military highway from now on.

First time trying out this eyebrow threading at this location. Sadly I was greatly disappointed. I sat in the chair and was trying to explain to her I did not want to thin eyebrows. She kept telling yes yes and didn't hear what I was saying. Once done my eyebrows came out terribly and thin. I didn't bother saying anything because at tgis point she cant do anything. Never coming back here again. If tour bot going to listen to your customers than whats the point.
