I have phoned and visited Browns of Chesham a handful of times for advice on spare parts and servicing over the last few years. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful answering all manner of my strange questions. Today was no exception when I received professional and generous advice about my Honda motor from a very patient service engineer. This is an excellent company with outstanding staff.

They only deal with brands they sell. They also don't respond to email. Maybe others who they were willing to help get better treatment.
Really good and helpful with a good stock of Stihl and other makes. Be aware sometimes their own on line price is cheaper than their in-store price. If you mention this they are happy to give it to you for the online price.
Used to work here, great service and great staff
Went in yesterday for the first time. Could not have been more helpful or efficient. Will definitely use again.
