I have been to different Chiropractors before but Chesham Chiropractic really stands out. I'd had a shoulder problem preventing me from playing Badminton for ages and I thought that the problem was the rotator cuff. The Chiropractor examined me and said that their were a number of underlying issues. Most notably she showed me how my collar bone was locked and did not rotate as it should. Treatment was painless, drug free and really informative and she game me some great advice about some of my habits and diet too. The best part of it is that after only a few treatments I really noticed the difference. I have since returned to playing the sport I love after nearly 10 years off and I am loving it. I have since taken both my toddler son and daughter to see the chiropractor and I am amazed by some of the results to sleeping habits, general mood, and eating (They are like vacuum cleaners at dinner). Best of all they love the treatments too, my son has even fallen asleep on the table and my daughter pretends to give me chiropractic adjustments at home.
