Kafka would be proud of the parking services department procedures. Overly complex and need 3 or 4 visits to the offices for a simple permit. Misinformation is key strength of the council

Very poor, do not listen to the public, decisions been made by none local councillors the local heratage has been ignored and greenbelt rules flaunted. Millions of council tax squandered by incompetence.
