100% absolutely excellent. Their prices are spot on, the staff always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I used to go to my local merchant 5 minutes down the road, whilst it's only an extra 25 minutes to BB I'd still go if they were an hour away. Couldn't praise BB Chester enough.

How can a wood yard not have any wood?. Disgusting costumer service, speak down on you like they are better than you. Rang up to see if they had what I wanted in stock and they said yes, as soon as I come to pick it up it’s just gone magically out of stock. Staff really need some training on how to speak to customers because that was horrific
