Very happy with the staff here. The dentists are great. They care about you as a person. I explained my situation and they listened and made me feel comfortable. Great personalities there as well. Earned my respect and that's a hard thing to do. They are not out for money and they care. That will take them very far in life!!!

Those who know me know that I am not a fan of going to the dentist... It's not because I am afraid but because of the way past dentists have treated me and my precious chiclets. With that being said Dr. Ben and the staff of Chester Road Family Dental have truly changed those feelings (and changed them quickly). I have been to Chester Road Family Dental a few times now for a couple of root canals and a cleaning. I was met with professionalism and warmth from everyone onsite. I was given a thorough exam and was able to ask as many questions as I wanted. I was offered water while waiting. Doctor Ben took care of me while I was getting treatment and even checked on me after my visits to make sure everything was going well. He is gentle and I felt no pain while I was being operated on. Thanks mate!! The interior and the exterior of the office is kept clean. During this time of Covid the staff is checking temperatures and requiring mask coverings before access is granted. It's nice to see that CRFD is protecting their staff and patients. I highly recommend this practice and will continue to go here. Thank you Dr. Ben, DeeDee, Catie, Staci and anyone that I missed!!
I would give them a 10 out of 10. Dr. Ben is AMAZING! And so is all the staff there. My nurse Angelica was AWESOME as well, I literally was terrified of the dentist and unfortunately had an emergency that needed to be taken care of and they got me an appointment right away within the same day and got my emergency taken care of. Highly recommend!
Everyone in this office is so friendly and helpful. The hygienists are super conscientious and gentle. My teeth always look and feel sparkling clean after a visit. The dentists are patient and thorough. I’ve been going here for a few years and will continue coming back.
We are in the process of putting me into full dentures. I have to say I thought it would be a lot worse than it really is. It has gone very smoothly and they stay in contact and keep me up to date on my condition and where we are in the process. I never thought I would go through this process but I am glad I have. Their kindness and professionalism make you feel like you are part of their family. I would definitely recommend their practice for anyone looking for a family dentist.
