Fantastic, i was waiting a while but they were absolutely rushed off there feet so its understandable. My card was damaged and wasn't reading at the car park machine leaving me stranded (05/12/20) at about 11pm, and a young lady paid it and wouldnt take no for an answer, i didnt catch her name but if she ever reads this, thank you!

Very good, very quick in and sorted. It's an amazing hospital since when you phone your doctors to get an appointment now they cant see you and say to you if you need assistance go to hospital, this must be taking its toll on the fabulous NHS at the hospital.

Both the blacon police force, the paramedics and the staff at Countess of Chester hospital LITERALLY saved my life yesterday. Had they not gone above and beyond, caring, providing medical help and care, I would literally be dead now! Even in the midst of a pandemic, short staffed, clearly over worked and under paid, but without them, I’d be in the morgue rather than planning the rest of my life ️

Attended early hours of 19th December after being transferred from arrowe park A&E and was promised transport home from Chester after as I don't drive and would be stranded otherwise with it being like 2am, I was transferred to see the eye doctor in chester, she was lovely and that's what the stars are for otherwise I would give 0, in the waiting room in A&E chester only 2 people out of about 10 were wearing masks which are advertised everywhere as being essential, after my eye appointment the doctor told me to go back to reception and they'd organise my taxi home, the reception staff were rude, unhelpful, told me there was nothing they could do and I had to sort myself out and pretty much told me I was lying that I had been promised transport home and they left me stranded.
