Great experience! He was running behind schedule but made sure he let me know and was still able to get me in on the day he promised. Did a great job and answered any question I had. Extremely nice and professional. Highly recommend

Bob did a fantastic job! So pleased with the new fireplace. He listened to all my concerns and took the time to really do it exactly like I wanted. He put on new stone and hearth along with a new fireplace insert. Looks even better than I had imagined it would. Just waiting to have wood flooring installed to finish off the look. The cat may even love it more, if that's possible.

If I could’ve given them less than one star I would have!!! The installation was a nightmare. I went to do repairs on the rope gasket this morning and found the gasket cement I received when I bought my stove from this place had been previously opened and is hard as a rock. Now I need to find more. Sure would have been nice to receive a new, full tube of cement since I paid 40% more buying from here than I would have buying out of my community area. So much for trying to help the small business in my community prosper. Would NEVER use them again

This response is in reply to the comment that the cement you gave me \has a shelf life\. I agree. However, when I opened the epair kit\ you gave me when I purchased the stove the bottle of cement had been cut off and no stopper was placed in it to keep it moist, therefore, it dried and turned to rock. So don't for one minute think you were doing the right thing or that my bad review of your business isn't warranted - because it is. You gave a customer a epair kit\ with cord and a bottle of cement that had been stapled shut yet the bottle of cement was previously opened! A fresh, new bottle of cement should have been put in the epair kit\, not an opened and unsealed one!
