I literally never write reviews for anything but I have been so impressed by the service I received from the team at Jaguar Chester that I felt I had to leave this. We have now had 3 cars from this dealership and they consistently provide outstanding service and support. They do so much more than just sell you a car...our individual circumstances have been very much taken into consideration and I feel genuinely valued as a repeat customer. Even with the strict Covid regulations, all the staff made us feel safe and welcomed and were so pleasant despite the difficult ongoing circumstances. Thank you so much to Andrew Haynes and the rest of the team who have helped us so much. Our son loves the new Batmobile

Phenomenal service from the moment we walked through the door. Jacinta (Jess) and Marco were utterly superb and certainly were the reason why we bought our new car. Excellent customer service throughout; car bought and picked up within one week. Could not recommend higher.
Only put one star because I had to. I feel that I have been ripped off. Had a service and MOT. They phoned me to say that there was an issue with brake pipes and that parts wouldn't be available until the next day. I was going away for a month the next day so if I didn't get it back today it would have to stay for a month. I then got a call to say that the front brakes needed replacing. I gave the go ahead because I needed the car to the next day to go to the airport in London. The break warning lights hadn't come on. I believe they changed the issue and carried out work that didn't need doing. Had a courtesy call and when I mentioned the issue I was promised a call back which never happened. No replies to email.
All interaction with the team at Inchcape was friendly and professional. The work I needed was carried out effectively and to a reasonable price. The video and associated commentary of the assessment of my vehicle was a novelty but really useful. It’s an impressive setup they have at this site.
Great service, beautiful cars very impressed with the covid restrictions at the moment.
