We had a really great time down there. 12 of us went and for a stay and play weekend and if you stay in their chalets you get unlimited golf for the duration of your stay. 54 holes later and I'm actually starting to like the course. It's a little sunburnt but there has been no rain this summer so most courses are. The front nine is a lot tighter than the back nine and the woods thicker too so you'll have a better chance of finding an errant tee shot on the back. A lot of height differences on most holes so a cart is recommended. The cell service is a bit spotty throughout the property and the chalets don't have wifi so prepare to get back to nature when staying over. BBQs are on every chalet deck but we found that the kitchens were not stocked (no plates, glasses, serving utensils, etc) so plan accordingly. Overall a very enjoyable weekend and I look forward to heading back.

The course is tough but it's a challenge. The pro golfers didn't make it to the big leagues by playing on easy courses. They played on courses like Sherwood golf & Country club.

The cabins were spacious, the green puttable, cart paths ruff, staff polite but the BBQ food was cold, tasteless and quiet honestly unsafely prepared️

The setup is ideal for overnight golf outings. The chalets are next to the fairways and offer comfortable lodgings. With bbqs and firepits.. perfect to relax after a round. The course was in good shape.

This is a lovely golf course, very picturesque and somewhat of a challenge. It is a wee bit out of the way which in turn has an effect respecting amenities. Course is well groomed and always in good to excellent condition. The one negative, are the insects, so be sure to take plenty of fly and mosquito repellent.
