Given 1 star as there isn’t an option for no stars. We are utterly devastated at the treatment my father endured at the hands of certain staff members at this company. I wrote a letter of complaint to them & far from being understanding or sympathetic, their response was to defame my dads character & cast a slur upon his good nature but he is no longer here to defend himself. Be careful who you allow into the homes of your sick, vulnerable & elderly loved ones. We trusted these people & it’s a decision we will have to live with for the rest of our lives.

The carer's work very hard especially my mum carer's,i don't rate most of the office staff,because they can be very rude and don't really help,they just tell you and thats it.They look after my mums needs,but not very well it's the carer's should be pat on the back for all there hard work they put in.I think the office staff don't give a toss apart from there selves.To be honest i don't really rate Starcare,they are absolutely a disgrace and appalling too.Them Carer's are working 24/7 and they should be credited too.

very poor company to work for. as greedy as you get if you want to work for pennies with no brakes no holidays an be treated lile rubbish this is the job for you..
