Please do not use Thomas property group. Awful company and they give estate agents a terrible name. Please read the reviews on Google before instructing these people. It's a shame I have to give this shower 1 star.

I was very disappointed with my experience. rang to arrange a viewing of a property in waverton and was told tenants were still in so would have to check with them, fair enough. didnt hear back so rang again to see if anything had been sorted... it was a different girl so she went to find out. I'd originally told them my partner and I work mon-fri so could it be weekend or evening... she came back with an appt for mon 9am, no good for us so again asked if it could be evening or weekend.... last appt is 5.15, we dont get home til 5.30, no chance of an extension of 15 mins, and dont do weekends as it's in waverton!!.... there is an office in waverton! the girls attitude was appalling and no compassion or any apologies... so unless we both take time off work we cant view the property....

Great offering for rental properties, very friendly and service oriented. Check-out of the previous tenants could have been done a bit more thoroughly (e.g.things left behind) but overall very happy with our Thomas Group experience thus far. Keep up the good work!
