I found this place yesterday..ate the chicken and rice...so good...loved it...going back to buy more food on Friday. This will help me eat better and very convenient.

Great food, service & quality. You can’t eat this healthy anywhere for the price. The food makes staying on track so effortless & convenient.
Very inconvenient packaging. The containers used are way to large to fit into any mealprep carrying bag, while there is barely any food inside of the container. They can easily size down their container size to accomidate customer convenience while not sacrificing the product in the containers at all. The presentation in the containers is atrocious, ruining the flavors of the food, again a problem that could be fixed with smaller, more convenient packaging.
If you are looking for fast, great quality food this is the place for you! Healthy and portioned just right. If you are looking for a meal plan catered just for you we also offer a registered dietitian on staff to help those who are looking to go that extra step and kick start their diet. They have also just opened their 4th location in St. Peters!!
