Dropped the bomb again in the deli. We chose to pay an upcharge for certain hot deli products. They charged but didn't do it. Publix has promised a refund. I hardly ever see a manager in the area. Employees are always asking each other for help. Maybe, train them better.

The cashier was very nice and efficient with her job. The store was packed with customers because of the anticipation of bad weather and she remain very calm while everyone was panicking and ready to get out of the store. On top of all this she was very pregnant.

This Publix is always clean and well stocked. The staff is super friendly. Best part is they open up more registers if any line forms even a small one. Wouldn't go to any other.

Horrible! My friend worked for this location and they went after her multiple times and ways for the littlest perception of mistakes on the job. They called her an embarrassment to the store to her face. Boycott this terribly managed excuse of an overpriced and overhyped store. Nothing but imbecilic management and rude people. I refuse to spend any money towards an establishment that gets off on verbally abusing employees.
