We've honestly tried to love this clinic, especially for it's convenience and proximity to home. Two years in a row we've picked out frames with an associate (associate A), all to have another one tell us they're too large. This was even after we had ordered glasses and received them last year. We've also had my son's glasses adjusted by associate A twice, and each time we have to go back and have them adjusted again by someone else because they're falling off his face and are essentially unwearable. Today is no different, but unfortunately they can't get him an appointment to re-adjust them for all of 5 minutes until late this evening or tomorrow due to covid regulations. Just beware they have no problem taking your money, but the customer support and dealings with associates is frustrating when it is not consistent. Will just go to Calgary from now on as this is just exhausting dealing with them and the mistakes that are constantly made or frustrations had at every turn

Dr. Sanchez takes great care in seeing her patients! This 5 star rating is based on my first visit at Chestermere Optometry. It was 4-5 years since my last eye exam at another clinic and a visit to Chestermere Optometry was so thorough that it really drove home the importance of having routine eye exams (I even ended up applying for a job there a year later). They also offer vision therapy services which I had no idea even existed! My prescription was a -5.50 with some astigmatism in both eyes and the staff members explained the difference in lens quality and features. Staff are honest about what frames look good on you and are patient in explaining the lenses and their prices. Not pushy and they even encouraged me to price check with other companies. I was told that frames are hand selected by the manager, Paul, and although they don't carry brands such as Gucci or Dior, they do try their best to find a pair of glasses that'll fit what you're looking for! My immediate family, aunt, grandma, cousins, AND several friends are now all patients under care of different doctors at Chestermere Optometry.

Staff are very friendly, and they explain what each part of the exam will show. Very thorough too. And they are doing the Covid cleaning recommendations throughout the office as well as distancing in their reception area.

Dr. Sanchez and the entire staff is so friendly and thorough. They explain everything to you so that you clearly understand. I was referred out for glaucoma and cateract surgery which all went smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Chestermere Optical!!
